Gambyl general betting rules (1-11) will apply unless superseded by the Terms and Conditions or sports specific betting rules.
17 General
17.1 Bets are settled on the official result including overtime unless otherwise stated.
17.2 If a game fails to start within 36 hours of the initially scheduled start time, all bets are voided.
17.3 If a game starts but is later abandoned or postponed, all bets stand as long as the following criteria are met within 36 hours of the game starting time: At least 43 minutes of play have elapsed in an NBA game or 35 minutes of play have elapsed in any other game. A result is determined by an official governing body. If neither of the above criteria is met, all bets will be voided, except for bets in markets where the outcome has already been unconditionally determined.
17.4 'Outright Winner' markets will be settled as the named winner by the relevant governing body, regardless of any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the result. Dead-heat rules apply.
17.5 All bets will stand regardless of the length of the season/playoff series so long as a winner is declared.
17.6 For handicap markets, if the match finishes in a tie with the stated handicap taken into account all bets on the market will be void.
17.7 For total points markets, if the total points in the match are equal to the line stated all bets on the market will be void.
17.8 Types of Basketball Markets Offered
17.8.1 Match winner: This market will be settled on which team has won after the game has ended. Overtime counts for this market unless you are betting on a match winner market which includes a draw price.
17.8.2 Quarter result: These markets will be settled based on which team scores more points in the specified quarter.
17.8.3 Half-time/full-time: This market will be settled on the result at half-time and the result at full-time. Overtime does not count for Half-time/full-time markets.
17.8.4 Point spreads: These markets will settle based on the final score at the end of the game. Overtime counts for point spread markets.
17.8.5 Quarter handicaps: These markets will be settled on the number of points scored in the specified quarter.
17.8.6 Over/Under markets: These markets will be settled on the combined total score at the end of the game. Overtime does count for over/under markets.
17.8.7 Quarter Over/Under markets: These markets will be settled on the combined number of points scored in the specified quarter.
17.8.8 Half Over/Under markets: These markets will be settled on the combined number of points scored in the specified half.
17.8.9 Quarter odd or even score: These markets will be settled based on whether the combined number of points scored in the specified quarter is odd or even.
17.8.10 Half odd or even score: These markets will be settled based on whether the combined number of points scored in the specified half is odd or even.
