You can close your account whenever you choose, in one of two ways:
- By email: contact our support team and request closure.
Before you close, please note:
- Withdraw any remaining balance first — you won't be able to access funds afterward.
- Closing is permanent. You'll lose any active bonuses and loyalty rewards, and you'd need to open a new account to return.
Once it's done, you'll receive a confirmation email — keep it for your records.
