If part of the site or a specific game isn't available to you, it's usually one of these reasons:
- Regional restrictions — some games or features aren't available in every region, depending on local rules.
- Account verification — certain features unlock only once your account is fully verified. If you haven't finished verification, that's the first thing to check.
- A temporary technical issue — occasionally something's down on our end; trying again a little later often resolves it.
