Questions
How long will it take?
Generally speaking, you will receive your withdrawal in about 3 days. This will depend on the selected method.
Why is there a hold on my withdrawal?
As a new customer, when you withdraw money after a recent deposit, in some cases, we may place a brief hold to prevent fraudulent activity on your account. We know this delay can be frustrating, but please know this is only intended to keep your account safe.
Why don't you accept prepaid cards for withdrawal?
Unlike credit and debit cards, a prepaid card is not connected to a bank account. Most card issuers have restrictions on using prepaid cards for online payments. We have decided not to accept this payment method to avoid this frustration.
Why did the withdrawal to my credit card fail?
Withdrawals will generally fail because the information you entered when you added your credit card does not match your card issuer's information about you.
For example, the name on your account must match the name on your credit card statement. If your name is James Patrick Smith, but the name on your credit card statement is "J P Smith," you would need to use "J P" as your first name when you add your credit card. This is important because we use the name on your account when we send transfer requests.
You can help prevent failed future withdrawals by ensuring your credit card information is correct. An easy way to do this is to remove your credit card and add it again.
Why is the wire transfer taking so long?
The time of day and bank cut-off times affect the speed of a wire transfer: If your bank's final cut-off for wire transfers is 3 pm and you initiate a transfer at 3:05 on Wednesday, funds will be recorded as having been received on Thursday, which could delay completion until Friday. Differences in time zones can also be a factor in delaying a transfer. Remember that wire transfers can't be completed on weekends or federal bank holidays.
