  1. We offer different methods to make a deposit or withdrawal corresponding to the local currency. Details about the payment options offered and any associated fees are included in the payment methods section.

  2. When opening an account using a debit or credit card, you must ensure that you use your own card. We are entitled to assume that you are.

  3. As well as any other verification process we may undertake, any account holder who deposits from debit and credit cards may be required to provide additional proof of their identity to assist in age verification before making their first withdrawal. Whilst such additional checks are not generally required for credit card users, we reserve the right to request such documentation before processing a withdrawal, should circumstances dictate. We therefore reserve the right to request specific proof of identity in the form of, including but not limited to passport number, photocopy of a valid ID, utility bill or header from a recent card statement.

  4. Promotional bonus funds, whether issued through marketing campaigns or granted by our customer support team, are not eligible for direct withdrawal as cash. Such funds are exclusively intended for use within the sports betting exchange platform.

  5. Any withdrawal requests must be requested from a fully verified account. 

  6. Withdrawals from unverified accounts will not be processed.

  7. Winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn on the conditions that a matching deposit amount equal or greater than the bonus provided be deposited, the account has been active for 30 days and the account has more than 8 settled wagers.

  8. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to assess the validity of any withdrawal request. This determination may be based on an evaluation of user account activity, indications of potential fraudulent behavior, or evidence of possible collusion involving related accounts that may have coordinated to match winning bets.

  9. In the event that a matching bet is linked to a canceled account, any outstanding winnings that have not yet been processed shall be voided and canceled.

  10. All requested documents must be mailed, scanned, mailed or faxed to us at the address and numbers provided on the 24/7 support page. In the event that a sum is erroneously credited to your account, we will be entitled to make the appropriate adjustment for it.

  11. If any sums are correctly credited to your account, you are obliged to notify the Company, and the Company is entitled to reverse such credits and/or recover the sums from you (with interest) if you withdraw. If you use the improperly credited sums to place bets, the Company may void (i.e. cancel) all such bets and reverse any winnings.

  12. Clients may withdraw funds from their account at any time provided that the provision of all payments has been confirmed and our identification procedures have been satisfied.

  13. Where you earn using our products or services, you may be legally required to account to the relevant tax authorities. This remains your responsibility and we are not required to account to any authority for any of your personal taxes. You will indemnify and reimburse us for any costs, expenses or losses that may be caused to us as a result of any claim or demand made by any governmental or other authority, in respect of tax withholding obligations or similar obligations to which you may be subject in relation to the processing of your withdrawal requests.

  14. Withdrawals by bank transfer to international bank accounts (deposits and withdrawals) bank charges, which may vary according to the amount of money transferred and are met by the Client.

  15. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee on any currency exchange taking place where, in our opinion, an adequate level of play has not occurred such that the Client is deemed to be abusing exchange rate fluctuations.

  16. You agree that we shall have the right to withhold any withdrawal, in the event that we believe or suspect that you may be or have been involved in fraudulent, collusive, illegal, irregular betting activities or if we are concerned about the operation of the user's account or withdrawal request. In such cases, we may commence and/or participate in and/or assist any investigation into such circumstances, and you agree to assist and cooperate with any such investigation.

  17. We will try to accommodate your request regarding the payment method and currency of your Withdrawal. This, however, cannot be guaranteed. We may therefore proceed to pay your Withdrawals using a different payment method than that requested by you, such as through different payment providers, a bank draft or wire transfer. Similarly, in some cases, the currency of your Withdrawal may not be the currency in which your deposit was made or may be otherwise requested by you.

  18. We reserve the right to change withdrawal limits and processing times.

  19. You agree that financial transactions on the account will be handled by us directly or through a payment provider or any other third party.

  20. Deposits and withdrawals may be transferred from us to you and vice versa, either directly or through a payment provider.

  21. We do not guarantee that there will be no delay in processing or receiving deposits or withdrawals.

  22. You acknowledge and agree that your account is not a bank account and is therefore not insured, guaranteed, sponsored or otherwise protected by any deposit or banking insurance system or any other similar insurance system of any other jurisdiction, including, but not limited to, your home jurisdiction.

  23. We shall have the right to determine the minimum and maximum amounts to be deposited into your account, at our discretion.

  24. We shall be entitled to determine whether the funds you have requested to be credited to your account are available, after receiving confirmation acceptable to us from the relevant Payment Provider in accordance with such Payment Provider's approval procedures for such transactions to have been reconciled and approved. Only when your Deposits have been reconciled and approved to our satisfaction by the relevant payment provider will your account be credited with the funds, unless otherwise instructed.

  25. You acknowledge that you may, from time to time, upon our request, be required to provide additional details regarding deposits made by you.

  26. Any bet placed by you will be treated by us as an authorisation to be deducted from your account. Provided that the balance in your account at the time the bet is placed is greater than or equal to the stake, we will deduct from your account the amount of the stake.

  27. You agree that your user account will be charged for all services you have received through the Website or through the use of the Software.

  28. In order to use the Services, you must deposit funds into your account from a bank account or source of which you are the holder. You may then use these funds to place bets or participate in games. Further information on how to deposit, withdraw and transfer funds can be found on the Deposits page of the Help section of the Website. In the event that you use a payment method of which you are not the holder, we reserve the right to invalidate any deposit made into the account (as well as void any winnings obtained using such deposit), until the relevant checks have been successfully completed.

  29. Your account will be immediately credited with the amount of any winnings earned by you.
