Terms and Conditions for "5 Deposit, Get 50 Bonus Cash" Promotion

1. Eligibility:

   1. This promotion is available to new users who successfully register for an account on the platform.

   2. Users must complete identity verification through Jumio (KYC) to qualify for the bonus.

2. Deposit Requirements:

   1. A minimum deposit of $5 is required to activate the promotion.

   2. The $5 deposit will remain in the user's account and may be used for wagering but cannot be withdrawn until all conditions are met.

3. Bonus Cash Details:

   1. Upon meeting the deposit requirement, $50 in bonus cash will be credited to the user's account.

   2. Bonus cash can only be used for placing wagers on the platform and cannot be withdrawn directly.

4. Account Activity Requirements:

   1. The user’s account must remain active for at least 30 days after registration.

   2. An account is considered active if it has regular logins and wagering activity during this period.

5. Wagering Requirements:

   1. Users must place a minimum of 8 wagers using their account before any withdrawal of winnings is permitted.

   2. Wagers must meet the minimum stake amount specified by the platform.

6. Withdrawal Restrictions:

   1. Winnings derived from bonus cash are subject to withdrawal only after all terms are fulfilled (30-day activity period and 8 wagers).

Participation in this Promotion precludes your participation in any other introductory Sponsor promotion. Limit of one (1) Promotion Bonus per person.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, INDIVIDUALS AGREE THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (I) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION OR ANY PROMOTION BONUS REDEEMED WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (II) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (III) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY PARTICIPANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (IV) PARTICIPANT’S REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND PARTICIPANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

   6. Release and Waiver of Liability:  By participating in this Promotion, individuals agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Promotion Entities and each of their directors, officers, employees, partners,  representatives and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability claims, actions, costs (including attorneys’ fees) of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses in connection with: (i) your participation in the Promotion; (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of any Promotion Bonus, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any Promotion-related activity, including those damages caused by Sponsor’s own negligence; (iii) compliance with any terms of service, code of conduct or similar terms and conditions; (iv) the Released Parties’ actual or alleged violation of rights of publicity or privacy, claims of defamation or portrayal in a false light or claims of infringement of intellectual property or other rights; and (v) any typographical, human or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation or announcement of any Promotion activity or Promotion Bonus. Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of any Promotion Bonus. 

   7. Administration:  Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any person from participating in this Promotion for any reason. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Promotion by any event beyond its control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications or equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Promotion by any party, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each, a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion. Sponsor additionally reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion: (i) to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion should a Force Majeure event or occurrence corrupt or interfere with the administration, integrity, operation, security or proper play of the Promotion; or (ii) to disqualify any participant found to be, or suspected of: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion; (b) acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions; or (c) acting in an un-sportsmanlike manner.

Can Users Withdraw the Initial $5 Deposit?

Users are not allowed to withdraw their initial deposit ($5 in this case) until all promotional conditions are met. This ensures that users engage with the platform as intended (e.g., placing wagers). Once the user fulfills all requirements—such as verifying their identity, maintaining an active account for 30 days, and completing at least 8 wagers—they would generally be allowed to withdraw both their initial deposit and any winnings derived from it or the bonus cash.

This restriction is common in betting promotions to prevent abuse (e.g., depositing just to withdraw immediately while still claiming bonuses).
