If your bet is not fully matched, you can cancel all or part of your bet depending on the bet status.
Canceling a bet on the website
- To cancel a bet visit the ‘Your bets’ section on the website.
- Here you can see all of your active bets. Use the filter to select unmatched or partially matched bets.
- The value in the ‘matched’ column displays how much of your bet has currently been matched. If part of your bet has been matched, only the unmatched portion will be canceled.
- To cancel an unmatched or partially matched bet, simply click the ‘X’ to the right of the bet you wish to cancel.
Canceling a bet on the app
- To cancel a bet visit the ‘Bets’ tab on the app.
- Here you can see all of your active bets. Use the filter to select unmatched or partially matched bets.
- Click on the red box which highlights the number of orders placed on the contact.
- You can now view the amount of your stake that has been matched. To cancel the unmatched part, simply swipe from right to left on the bet in question and then click the X that appears.
Note: Only unmatched bets can be canceled. If you would like to lock in a profit or cut losses on matched bets you can trade out. More information can be found here.
