Verify Your Account

It's time to verify your identity

To enjoy all of the benefits of your Gambyl account, we must first ensure your identity has been fully verified. It's a simple process, requiring you to provide a few pieces of information to us. We should be able to verify your identity within a few minutes!

Please note, until your account is fully verified, you will be limited to a total deposit of $1000 and will not be able to request a payout.


We need two things:

1. A current, non-expired government-issued photo ID

  • Acceptable documents include passports, national ID cards (NIC/CNIC), driver's licenses, voter ID cards, or any other valid government-issued photo ID.

  • It must include your photo, name, date of birth, and address, with the exception of passports, which do not include an address.

  • Student IDs, employee IDs, or library cards are not accepted, sorry!

2. A recent billing statement

  • Acceptable documents include bank statements, credit card statements, or utility bills.

  • It must include your name and address as they appear on your Gambyl registration.

  • Your name on the statement must match both your verified name on Gambyl and your government-issued ID.

  • The dates shown must be within six months of the date you upload them.

  • Joint accounts are acceptable, but your name must be on the account and statement.


Important!

Do not crop, rotate, touch up, adjust, or alter the images you provide to us in any way. Doing so will delay your verification and could invalidate your account.


About the review process

Once we receive the information from you, Gambyl will review them to verify your identity. This process typically takes up to 48 hours. We will automatically notify you when the review has been completed. If you haven't heard from us within 48 hours, please contact us at support@gambyl.com.

If you request a change to the information you originally provided when creating your account, we may ask that you resubmit these documents to reflect the change(s).


If we are unable to verify your identity

You will receive a notification that we have been unable to complete this process, and until successful, you will not be able to continue using Gambyl; this means your account will be frozen, withdrawals will not be allowed, and you will be unable to place any bets until you have completed the process.

Please note that deliberately uploading false or falsified documentation is a crime, and violators will be permanently suspended or banned from Gambyl. Furthermore, we may report users who attempt to send falsified or fake documents to the appropriate authorities.


Questions

How do you keep my personal information safe?

The information you submit to Gambyl for verification is securely stored by us for a short period of time, per our security policy for your protection. Neither our staff nor any third-party vendor that handles these verification requests stores any identifiable data about you. We do not sell any of the information you submit to us and never will. After 30 days, the information you submit to verify your identity is permanently deleted. You can view the full details of our security policy.


Is a non-English ID acceptable for verification?

Absolutely. Our automated processes can review IDs in multiple languages, and translators are available if a manual review is required.
